Advanced Password Testing

Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je získať poznatky v oblasti zabezpečenia hesiel a následne ich využiť pri tvorbe nástroja na kontrolu hesiel. Dôraz je kladený hlavne na analýzu hádania hesiel. V tejto práci sú analyzované rôzne metódy hádania hesiel a následne porovnávané s výsledkami získanými Parishom. Potom používame vygenerované heslá od hádačov hesiel na vytvorenie slabého súboru údajov, ktorý analyzujeme rôznymi metódami. Poznatky získané z analýzy sa použijú na vytvorenie reaktívnej a proaktívnej kontroly hesiel. V závere práce je otestovaná a vyhodnotená účinnosť vytvorených hádačov hesiel.

Socio-technical attacks

The main objective of this work is to identify how students from the University of Economics, in Prague, looks at their results in two different socio-technical surveys. First, survey no. 1, focuses on the security of password and the second survey, no. 2, looks at how phishing e-mails are detected. In both cases to obtain the results of the surveys, questionnaires were used. After the surveys were completed, we promised that we would inform the students of their results from their questionnaires. The whole thesis is divided into six chapters. The first four chapters are based on theoretical information about social engineering. The last two chapters contain the practical part of the thesis, survey no. 1 and 2. The main benefits of this thesis are the results from the two surveys, which focused on the way that social engineering is attacked. Each survey was completed with the help of questionnaires and highlight the potential risks that social engineering poses to society.
Digital safety and security in the curriculum of primary and secondary schools

The bachelor thesis deals with teaching digital security issues with an emphasis on the content and range. The actual issue of digital security is extensive and therefore that range of information was defined on selected teaching areas of backup datas using software security features, safe behaviour on the internet including the management of passwords and security issues of copyright law. The theoretical part of Bachelor thesis is based on the analysis of educational programmes of selected schools. The Bachelor thesis also includes an analysis of curricular documents due to the issues and processes necessary range of information and data dedicated to selected area of digital security. The main aim of Bachelor thesis is the comparison of selected educational programmes where focus will be on finding significant differences in the described digital-security issues. Everything will be verified and implemented by interviews with students and teachers of the selected school. Acquired data and information from students along with school and framework educational programmes will generate set of information representing the current state of teaching digital security and the differences between high school, grammar school and elementary schools.
Teaching of digital safety at the secondary and high school

This thesis deals with the issue of digital security at primary and secondary schools. This means first of all taking into account important aspects of computer security, such as protection of your equipment from dangerous viruses and pirate attacks with security software, the correct backup and manage their data. Furthermore, the focus on prudent behavior on the Internet, including caution against email threats, fraudulent behavior of some users and prudent use of social networks. It also provides password security with an emphasis on strong password management and also the issue of copyright law. The work included content analysis of Czech curricula given to the issue. They are listed here similar studies related to the topic of research theory and the main research of this thesis. In this research included a survey investigating the competence of students of the above schools in teaching computer security, the results are evaluated and compared with the findings of state documents related to the issue of teaching ICT.
